Older Adult Luncheon Music Cruise.............................................Monday, March 31, 2008
     The StarLight Majesty sails from Clearwater Beach Marina. Boarding begins
      at 11:30am and cruise is from noon to 3:00pm. Includes your choice of six
     entrees prepared fresh on board the ship and served to your table and toe-
     tapping live music for listening or dancing pleasure. Cost is $30/person
     inclusive. This is the last year we can offer the $30 price. Due to rising

How to Reach Unchurched People in Your Community..................Saturday, April 19, 2008
     At St. Andrews Presbyterian Church, Tampa, 9:00am-4:00pm. Led by Dr.
     Charles Arn, a widely-respected authority on church health and growth.
     This one-day seminar, sponsored by the Presbytery's Evangelism & Church
     Development Committee, is designed to incorporate the latest understandings
     of how to reach people in the 21st century. It will help churches involve people
     in outreach, create more "entry paths" for newcomers, and reach more people
     for Christ. Through this seminar participants will learn how to discover receptive
     people in their community, identify "connection points" with those people, plan
     activities that build new relationships, and become "channels" for God's love to
     be experienced by others. FOR: Pastors, church staff and lay leaders with
     evangelism responsibilities, outreach committees, and any member with a
     desire to reach out to their community. ONE PARTICIPANT FREE with

     "Growing in Faith in the Garden of God" with Rev. Donald Griggs. Location
     to be announced. Rev. Griggs is an ordained PC(USA) Minister of Word and
     Sacrament who has authored or co-authored more than 20 books in the field
     of Christian Education, including the highly successful "Bible From Scratch"
     and "Teaching Teachers to Teach." He was also APCE Educator of the Year
     for 1993 and former Visiting Professor of Christian Education at Union/PSCE.
     Topics to be covered include evaluating curriculum, using on-line resources in
     Christian Education, spiritual growth, what Presbyterians believe, women's
     ministry, growing a quality faith-based pre-school...and many more! Keep
