Rev. Dr. Holly Dillon

General Presbyter

Rev. Dr. Holly Dillon serves as the General Presbyter, where she brings a passion for connection and resourcing to strengthen and support the life of the church. She is dedicated to curating resources and providing guidance to address a wide variety of needs and challenges facing congregations, and to building relationships that strengthen the connections across the presbytery.

Grounded in the values of integrity, authenticity, and justice, Holly approaches her work with a deep desire to help leaders and communities thrive. Outside of her ministry, she enjoys fishing and gardening—spaces where she finds rest, reflection, and renewal.

Rev. William (Bill) Wildhack III

Stated Clerk

Rev. William Wildhack III serves as the Stated Clerk of the Presbytery of Tampa Bay. In this role, he is responsible for maintaining the official records of the Presbytery, ensuring compliance with the Constitution of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.), and providing guidance on matters of church polity and governance. He supports sessions, commissions, and committees in carrying out their work faithfully and in good order, while also overseeing the Presbytery’s roll of ministers and congregations. Through his service, Bill helps safeguard the integrity of the Presbytery’s proceedings and strengthens its connection to the wider church.

Annel Belmont

Administrator

Annel Belmont serves as the Administrator for the Presbytery of Tampa Bay, supporting day-to-day operations and helping congregations stay connected through clear communication and organization. She enjoys working with media and church technology, using those skills to create resources and manage digital platforms that support ministry.

When she’s not at work, Annel can usually be found at Disney or relaxing at the beach, spending time outdoors with friends and soaking up the Florida sunshine.

Rev. John Scott

Disaster Response Coordinator

Following the devastating 2024 hurricane season, the Presbytery of Tampa Bay, through our Presbytery Disaster Assistance Team (PDAT), secured a one-year grant to establish a part-time Disaster Response Coordinator position.

At the June 21 presbytery meeting, commissioners approved PDAT’s recommendation for Rev. John Scott to serve in this role. John brings years of hands-on experience in disaster recovery, beginning in Louisiana after Hurricane Katrina. Since moving to Tampa Bay in 2017, he has actively participated in the Pinellas County Voluntary Organizations Active in Disaster (VOAD).

As Disaster Response Coordinator, John connects with long-term recovery organizations throughout the presbytery, supports the ongoing work of PDAT, and encourages congregations to actively engage in recovery efforts within their own communities.

We are deeply grateful to the session and congregation of St. Andrew Presbyterian Church in Tampa for supporting John’s service in this vital ministry, alongside his ongoing full-time pastoral leadership.
