This full-time role will provide dynamic worship leadership, thought-provoking preaching, and responsive pastoral care while partnering closely with the Session, staff, and Presbytery’s Commission on Ministry. The Transitional Pastor will lead the congregation through the five developmental tasks of transition—helping members understand their history, clarify identity, strengthen leadership, deepen connectional ties, and prepare for a newly installed pastor.
