The Community Cupboard Director serves as the spiritual champion, public representative, and primary church liaison for the Community Cupboard, a food and meal ministry supported by the congregation. This person embodies the church’s commitment to compassion, dignity, hospitality, and service by helping ensure that neighbors experiencing food insecurity are welcomed, supported, and treated with respect. This position is responsible for the overall functioning of the Community Cupboard.
The Community Cupboard Director serves as the face of the Community Cupboard, cultivating relationships and raising funds among the congregation, program leadership, volunteers, community partners, and those served by the ministry. This position connects the heart and mission of the church with the daily work of feeding people, strengthening community, and putting faith into action.

Hope Presbyterian Church is beginning its 60th year of serving the Clearwater, Florida community. While small in numbers the zeal to reach out into the surrounding community to bring the word through acts of kindness and thoughtful service is real. Pastoral Associate (Part-Time Position)
Summary of Position:
The Pastoral Associate is a key part of the Presbyterian Church of Palm Harbor’s (PCPH) leadership team, contributing to achieving the mission of the church and providing key spiritual, administrative, and pastoral support. This person will serve alongside the Pastor, specifically assisting in leading the church staff and session members in calling, equipping, and sending the congregation in ministry to be disciples in Christ’s work in the world. The Pastoral Associate will also support and enhance existing ministries and help open the door to new discipleship opportunities and innovations. In times of pastoral transition, the Pastoral Associate (with oversight and approval from the session) will help and guide the disciples of the church and sustain the ministries through the job description listed below.
