The Office of the General Assembly reports that Presbyterian Disaster Assistance team leaders in North Carolina confirm what we fear: the disaster continues to unfold. As of this writing, there are rivers in the eastern part of North Carolina that have yet to crest. Churches are reporting that the flooding is significantly worse than with Hurricane Matthew. The two most impacted presbyteries are New Hope and Coastal Carolina. Continue to pray! And for one suggestion about further action, consider clean-up buckets or other Gift of the Heart kits.
