A Family Systems Perspective
Wednesday, June 28, 2017
First Presbyterian Church, Lakeland
This one-day seminar examines the challenges presented by the rising level of anxiety being experienced in churches today, as well as the role that self-differentiated leadership can play in calming such anxiety. Differentiation of self and anxiety are two key variables that impact human functioning, as identified in Bowen family systems theory. This seminar is comprised of a series of Power Point presentations incorporating works of art that illustrate Biblical themes from the Medieval, Renaissance, and Baroque eras.
