SILENT RETREAT
October 14-16, 2018
We all know how hard it is to hear God in the midst of our busyness, surrounded by all the noise that is in our lives. We hope you can take a moment to join us for this event and be open to listening for God’s voice in your life. Our leadership team features Spiritual Director Rev. Kathleen Weller who will guide our time together and provide some times for spiritual “check-ins” during the event. There will be time for worship and song, but outside of these intentional times, the space and spiritual practices are reserved for silence. This will be an incredible opportunity to enjoy Cedarkirk’s 170 acres of tranquility to be still before God.For more information, please visit our website.
SENIOR ADULT RETREAT
October 30, 2018
Spend the day at Cedarkirk in fellowship with other adults! We are delighted to welcome Rev. Dr. Ken Shick as our guest speaker. Wear comfortable clothes and shoes since there will be free time available for recreation, rocking on the porch, or exploring camp. Bring an appetite as well because we’ll have breakfast treats and a delicious lunch! This event is $20 per person and includes snacks, lunch, and all of our activities.
